Here's my HUD.
First Hotbar is normal 1-=. Second is Alt+(1-=), third is Ctrl+(1-=). Side hotbars are Alt+Ctrl+(1-=) and Ctrl+Shift+(1-=).
I like having my target bar right next to my status bar. It helps work my rotation on MNK because I can see when buffs / debuffs are going to expire.
1920x1080 resolution btw!

My healer-oriented layout:
Party UI goes above chat, LB gauge above it. Monster HP is at top of screen.
